I am really looking forward to once more judging at this year's awards, it's always inspiring to hear about achievements and successes in customer experience. As an experienced advisor, I have worked extensively in customer experience with companies including Prudential, Telefonica, Shell, FedEx, M&S, Generali, BNP Paribas, and BUPA Global, as well as employee experience for organisations such as Public Health England. I am EMEA Champion for our program at Medallia, and I also ran the voice of the customer program for Confirmit. I love working with clients to design CX programs, engage senior stakeholders, drive culture change, and identify ways to improve the customer experience.
