Sandra Thompson is a published consultant, lecturer, course leader and trainer in the field of customer experience. She published her first academic paper on Emotional Intelligence and Customer Experience in May 2019 and is presently a student of Daniel Goleman on his Emotional Intelligence Coaching certification programme. Sandra lectures part-time at Pearson Business School. She lives in Berkshire where she’s a step mum to creatures two and four-legged. She’s an intrepid explorer spending a couple of months a year travelling solo around Asia and India volunteering her skills to small enterprises.
