Practice Lead – CX and Operations
Brian is a practitioner who moved into recruitment after a management consultant role within the Ember Group, now part of Davies Group. He is a contact centre professional with 19 years’ experience of providing operational and strategic reviews, project management, process improvement, performance analysis and operations leadership. He’s worked with brands such as Sky, Volkswagen and The Post Office. Using his practitioner knowledge, he leads the CX and Operations Practice within Davies Resourcing recruiting senior roles in CX, contact centre, consultancy, training, and operations for leading UK and global brands.
