Caitlin has 8 years’ experience working to improve customer experience for her clients across contact centres and product innovation teams. Most recently she has been leading the implementation of an improved product application experience delivered using a new digital platform for a UK building society. Caitlin champions the use of service design across projects ranging from concept innovation to customer service operations. She’s passionate about developing inclusive experiences and believes this, alongside a large dose of empathy, is crucial in today’s society.
