Brian Ford has been a member of the Samsung UK Board since January 2009. He is responsible for all aspects of Customer Experience and After Sales Support for the full range of products & services in the Samsung portfolio.
His team manages all Consumer & Business client support through Contact Centres in Leeds, Cluj and Manila supporting customers through Voice, Online, Social Media and Remote Services. He also oversees the Samsung nationwide network of retail based Customer Experience Support Centres and further engineer service delivery through a network of 150 Regional and National Service Companies.
Brian started his working life as a qualified technology design draughtsman before moving to Canon. In 2001 he was appointed Canon UK Service Director and then progressed to Head of European Services for Canon in 2005 before then moving to Samsung in 2009.
