Director of Customer Experience
Sarah Sargent is Radian Group’s Director of Customer Experience. Prior to joining the housing sector, Sarah spent the past two decades in customer service leadership roles in Telco and Financial Services. Sarah is spearheading the Group’s reinvigorated customer strategy. In 2018 Sarah became the first Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) in Yorkshire and in 2019 she was recognised as a ‘CX Star’ in Customer Experience Magazine’s Top 25 CX Professionals.
