David Gallihawk

David is the Head of Customer Self-service and Digital Transformation for Experian’s Global Decision Analytics business and leads strategy, transformation and evangelism of the digital self service capabilities and platforms which are making it easier for Experian’s customers to discover, activate and support all of their products and services online. David has previously held leadership and consultancy roles in marketing technology, digital technology, employee digital experience, digital customer experience and digital transformation in the FinTech and Telecommunications industries after a graduate career in electronic & aeronautical engineering.
