For many years, I headed up the Quality, Guest Insight and Customer Services function at Whitbread, and established the successful service formula that sits behind Premier Inn, the award-winning leading hotel chain. At Medallia, I lead CX/EX Consulting, helping clients operationalise the voice of their customers, employees, and partners, engaging senior and frontline teams to drive action. Previous clients include Generali, Selfridges, Fidelity Investments, NTT Ltd, Al Tayer Group, Unilever, Lonza, Permanent TSB, Aggreko and Philips.
