I am a customer experience with over 20 years of agency, client-side and consultancy experience. I am actively engaged leading and supporting global customer centric teams across Europe, Asia and the Americas. I am a believer in the CX for Good movement. I lecture, host the CX Superheroes podcast series and am founder of the Customer Experience World Games, helping charities improve outcomes through voluntary CX support.
