I am Jennifer Ellis, Associate Director, with over twenty years of customer service experience, in a variety of roles, providing the opportunity to experience challenges faced by customers globally and come up with solutions. I am extremely passionate about delivering a great customer experience and ensure this ethos is reflected with the teams that I work with and reflected in each customer interaction. I currently lead a Global Omni-Channel operation in the UK, South Africa, and Malaysia, covering Inbound and Outbound operations.
