Cara has 20 years of experience in Customer Operations at Capital One, leading teams in the UK and offshore. At Capital One, she is responsible for Customer Service and Fraud Operations, including voice and back office as well as the touchpoint survey measuring NPS and CES. Cara is passionate about people and her primary objective is to empower her teams to deliver great customer outcomes. She relishes the opportunity to take on a new challenge, being flexible to meet the changing needs of the business and customers.
