I have over 20 years’ experience within Financial Services having started as a Pensions Administrator and my current role is a Customer Service Manager within a busy Life Insurance team. I am a strong believer in cross department collaboration to consistently look for opportunities to remove waste and delays from the customer journey. I am passionate about investing in our people and empowering them to deliver the best possible customer outcomes. Employee engagement is really important to me. I have a degree in Business Management and a have previously worked in General Insurance and Retail.
