Seda Alpkaya is the Founder of Voxal Consulting, a customer experience consulting business in London delivering customer experience strategy advice, training, and data analysis services to businesses and entrepreneurs. She has over 20-years of professional experience in automotive, telecom and retail sectors where she held various leadership positions being Group Manager Customer Care & CRM at Philip Morris Turkey, Customer Services Director at Millenicom EWE AG and Customer Experience Strategy and Touchpoint Manager at Turkcell Group. Seda&rsquo's primary areas of expertise include customer experience strategy, leadership, and governance, CX transformation, design thinking, touchpoint experience and employee experience design. She is a CCXP, a member of CXPA and holds an MBA degree from Koç University and an e-MBA from Cornell University on Customer-focused Product and Service Design.
