Francesca Rea

May 2014, Francesca joined NewDay where she is the Director of Contact Centre & Service Delivery. As a member of the Leadership team Fran directs the omni-channel servicing strategy across E servicing, Mobile App, Digital Messaging, Call centre and Complaints. Fran also leads on Insight. Fran worked at GE Capital, Axa Life, Telefonica O2, CWW and BT and as an experienced Leader, has led successful transformations and created award winning customer service experiences.
