Rebecca Holliday

As Co-founder of Customer Service Solutions, Rebecca works with organisations to embed a customer-centric culture and improve customer experience. She spent 8 years at The Institute of Customer Service, inspiring leaders of pan sector organisations and has a proven track record of successfully engaging and motivating leadership teams to embed a service culture. Rebecca's passion for service improvement began whilst working for Thomson Tour Operations and having responsibility for guest experience within their A La Carte brand. Moving into a leadership role for Airtours plc, she went on to win a number of awards for her role in service transformation.
