Leonie Williams

Working for Hilton and Intercontinental Hotels allowed Leonie to gain vast experience across operational, support, sales, retention and commercial roles and cemented service into her DNA.

In the last 8 years whilst at the Institute of Customer Service and now as a CX consultant, she has advised over 100 organisations on service culture transformation and enhancing customer experience, giving her unique insight into different cultures, challenges and ambitions.
