Supported by CXPA, the Future is CX Conference gathers winning CX success stories from Customer Experience Awards as well as a futuristic approach to CX. What is the role of artificial intelligence, how is digital transformation impacting traditional customer experience and what tech advancements can we expect in the future are just some of the topics we expect to be covered in 2020 conference.

In 2018, the conference was held at the Microsoft UK headquarters and hosted speakers from Forrester, Microsoft and Business Stream among others.

The Awards Ceremony

Once all the presentations are finished, we gather in Wembley’s Great Hall for the Awards Ceremony.

In our experience, those who bring their teams with them have the best Awards experience. Celebrating your CX success with those that made it possible makes the whole event more special.

There will be a delicious three-course meal, spellbinding entertainment and, of course, the Awards themselves. We also run a charity raffle for Barnardo’s with some amazing prizes.

Once the ceremony is over, hit the dancefloor and enjoy the tunes into the early hours of the morning!
