The Awards are a full-day experience, held fully online using the latest videoconferencing software.From 9am to 5pm, finalists present their initiatives in front of independent judging panels: this is the Awards Finals. Each category will have its own “room”, administered by a member of the Awards International team, in which each of the category’s presentations will take place. Many of these are open to spectators, so you’ll have the opportunity to attend open presentations throughout the day and see dozens of examples of top customer experience.
Before or after your presentation, you can also network with hundreds of other CX professionals.
During Kantar’s research, it emerged that our customers would like to hear from CX specialists during the Finals, so we’re organising what we are calling #CXtrendstalks.
8 leading specialists from highly respected organisations will share their research and opinions on what is hot in CX and what is not. We already have Kantar confirmed as a speaker, and we will be announcing the rest soon.

Once the presentations are finished, we will all come together online for the Awards Ceremony. Featuring a keynote speaker, musical entertainment plus, of course, the announcement of the winners, it’s an extraordinary celebration of the achievements of CX professionals across the country.

There will be the following Awards for each category:
Bronze, Silver and Gold Award : When there are 5 or more finalists within a category.
Silver and Gold Award : When there are 4 or more finalists within a category.
Gold Award only : When there or 3 or less finalists within a category.
There will also be an Overall winner at the Awards : This is the Gold Winner who achieves the highest score. NB The Team of the year, CX Professional of the Year and CX Rising Star categories are excluded from being the Overall Winner.
**There will be Award Winners Packages for each category. These packages include:
- The Awards Trophy with your company name
- A digital certificate of authenticity
- Judges feedback report with your scores and Judge’s comments
- Inclusion in the announcements on social media following the awards
- Inclusion in the email announcement of winners
- Publication of winning status on the CXA® website

The package will be as per Bronze and Silver Award Winners Package, plus the opportunity to present the winning entry in an Award Winners webinar during the months following the Awards and to showcase the entry at future CXA online or venued events.
*If you win two or more Awards, you will be charged the full price for the most expensive package with additional packages half price. An invoice will be raised immediately following the Awards.
